Shipping Policy


 Upon receipt of payment, items will be shipped the following day. Delivery time will vary depending on location and postal service. Estimated delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days worldwide for express service and 10-20 business days for airmail service.
In order to save shipping costs, registered airmail service may be considered for inexpensive / small items, eg. concertina bag  / radio case.
We suggest using Express Service (Speed Post) for expensive items, eg. Helmets, electronics, and flight suits. A tracking number will be provided after shipping when express service is used so that you can easily track your package. Items will be shipped from our logistics center in Hong Kong.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties incurred upon arrival.
Please contact us immediately if you have not received your item within 15 days (20 days for Europe) of the shipping date.
Shipping rates are based on weight. All weights will be rounded up to the nearest 5 grams when express service is selected.

Return Policy
ParaSupply aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase no matter what.
ParaSupply offers a 15 Days Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not happy with the equipment for any reason, you may return an item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund(less postage). Items should be returned in re-saleable condition with original tags, documents, instruction booklets etc... All shipping costs are non refundable. Items must be returned by insured courier at the cost of the customer.
For defective items, we will cover the cost of registered airmail postage for items that are returned or exchanged within 15 Days as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. Our return policy does not apply to defects that arise from misuse, abuse, or physical damage. Customers will be required to pay the shipping each way for items that are returned to us without defects.
Customers should contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning an item. No returns will be accepted without a RAN. If an item is returned without a RAN and an accompanying invoice, the item may be refused and returned to you at your own expense.
